SageTV V6 crops HD HomeRUn Prime recordings.

I am having an issue with recordings SageTV makes using HD Homerun Prime tuners get cropped during recording. See the attached images. When I watch the Prime shows live using the HD Homerun View application, there is no cropping.

Any ideas what's causing this? I haven't tried with Sage V9.
