Empty channel slot in EPG

I migrated my v7 to a new computer and upgraded to v9 a few months back. I also switched from cable to OTA. I've been having a nagging 'issue' where I have a blank line in my EPG where the first channel should appear. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

Have you tried editing your channel lineup under Video Sources? It looks like you still have cable channels there as those channels don't look like OTA channel nums.

Thanks, but that's definitely not it. You are correct that the numbers look like cable numbers, but that's only because I prefer that style and the family is used to them as well. The channel numbers are just logical numbers assigned to the physical numbers (ie 705 is assigned to actual channel 3-1).

I'm looking at my sage.properties file and see that I have encoders listed that aren't active. The capture cards are still in the computer but I am not using them. Should only active encoders be listed in the properties file or are they all supposed to be in there even if they aren't being used?

Inactive ones can be listed in the properties file just fine. I've seen this issue before...but it was only when using the Fiber specific Sage.jar file with the V7 STV...I haven't seen it outside of that though so I'm not sure why you're running into this.
