video card map with video source
Hi,
I've been investigating and nothing jumps out, so I will ask the experts! I am running 3 Hauppauge WinTV 2250 cards. One of them is crapping out on me. Is there a way I can map which video source sage is using with the actual video card in my server? Thanks! Joe |

Brute force.
Connect only one cable to your three cards and see which tuners give you a signal and write down the tuners in SageTV that have a signal. Then repeat the process and get the next two tuners that have a signal. The remaining tuners belong to your third 2250. Now you should know where your bad tuner is and remove it from SageTV. I had something similar happen to me one of my 2250 cards had a single tuner go bad and I removed it from the system so that SageTV wouldn't use it to record any thing.
