All video works... except tv card video stutters

First off.. my machine specs (I don't beleive power is an issue)
AMD X2 4200+
2GB RAM
Hauppague PVR 500 (v 2.0.43.24103 drivers)
GeForce 7600 GT (v 91.31 drivers)
nVidia PureVideo decoder (v 1.02-223)
Sage Server (v 5.0.4)
I'm able to watch DVD's and imported video (MPG's and AVI) from within Sage. The problem arises when I try to view Live TV or anything that has been recorded from the TV Tuner. When I view this, it is extremely choppy (to the point it is unwatchable). If I close down Sage and open the resulting mpeg's that were recorded from the tuner, I get the same choppiness.

I am doing dual view by displaying on an HDTV through the component output (via 480P at the moment). I did try with just the single view to my monitor and I got the same results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeremy
