new TV and subsequent java problem - help needed
I just got a new TV and have used it 2 nights - both nights at the end of playing back one recording (on HD300), the spinning circle started and all I could do was restart the server - I noticed too late that the java gauge I have at the top of my screen was red halfway up.
System messages showed: SageTV has detected that it has run out of memory. You may need to increase your JVM heap size or there could be a plugin/customization that is causing an issue.;end=1446084275360;rep=208534; I've added no plugins - my question is could a new TV cause this? and can anyone give me any hints on how to track down and rectify the problem? I'd be happy to post any logs or parts of logs needed. I'm just mystified. thanks!! Last edited by jt4242; 10-29-2015 at 11:21 AM.
