HD200 pauses for 15 seconds
I just got a HD200. made sure it has the latest firmware and reset unit. Turned it on and everything works fine till I pick sage server and connect. Once I'm in the sagetv menu, I navigate and if it takes more than 15 seconds, the screen will freeze for 10 to 20 seconds , then processes whichever button presses were made. If I can get to playing a movie, the movie plays perfect, no pauses or delays. Even hooking up through gigabit intranet causes freezes.
I also have a problem with it not being able to connect via locator id or by entering my domain name. I installed sagetv placeshifter on a 2nd pc and was able to connect with locator id. also was able to connect with my domain name. Media player part of it works fine. I have checked for these issues in forums and couldn't find anything to help. Any assistance appreciated.

I had a similar issue a couple years back... In my case I had a faulty network connect (bad port on my switch). It still had a network connection, but I was getting so many dropped packets that it was really slow to navigate the ui. Playback seemed to work OK, but 30 second skip would take a few seconds to kick in.
YOu can try hooking up a laptop to the network cable for the HD200 and see what your speeds are like, and test for dropped packets, etc. Also try using a different port on your switch,etc.

Hmm. I have two 200's and the behave normally, except for boot takes longer than the 300's I have.
Did you remove all plug-in's before trying it out?
