Server pauses with 4.0

This weekend I took the plunge and upgraded from 2.2.10 to 4.0. Quite often now Sage seems to go into some sort of busy mode (with the icon on the screen) when doing menu displays and almost always when I pause a show and then hit play. It lasts anywhere up to a minute. Video and sound usually, but not always, keep going fine. I continued on and upgraded 2 clients which exhibit the same behaviour. When the clients go into busy mode I noticed the CPU usage on the server is pegged at 99%-100% by Sage. Running Sage as a service or a program minimized to the tray makes no diff. What the heck is it doing Anyone else seeing this?

Specs:
SageTV 4.0
Windows XP SP2
Latest JAVA version (I think)
Asus K8V w/ Athlon64 3400+
1 gig RAM
300 gig Maxtor DiamondMax 10 HD (for video)
3x Hauppauge PVR-150
USB-UIRT (used by Sage to change sat recvr channels)

Thanks!
Jeff
