"Partial recording due to conflict" other tuners available.
Seems to happen most often with my Ceton Infinitv 6 PCIe, but it is certainly a headscratcher, has been doing it for a few weeks now, all 6 tuners share the same EPG lineup so there are 6 tuners with the same exact channel lineup, but once or twice a week we're seeing that message come up... Seems to happen when these two criteria occur:
1. Back to back recordings showing on the scheduler(normally on different channels). 2. Only 1 tuner(of 6) is being used. Other times of the day we can run multiple tuners off the device without any problem, scheduled recordings or otherwise. Not sure what to make of this new behavior. Although it is about on par with the other behavior of interrupting the live TV programming being watched so it can record a program on another channel when there are 5 other tuners capable of doing the same job. Tuner merit rankings are the same. Edit: I'm guessing this is some kind of weird Favorite Recording ranking issue going on, but even that doesn't completely explain (to me at least) what Sage is "thinking" when it is pulling stunts like this. I see this kind of thing from time to time also. Just about every time it is due to a glitch in the television signal from the earlier recording that "confuses" SageTV.
The symptoms to me appear to be that the first recording is supposed to end at 8pm but due to the signal glitch SageTV is only seeing 28 minutes (or 58, or 1:28, etc) of time line in the file by the time 8pm rolls around and oddly keeps trying to record while your tuning app (in my case SageDCT) is trying to tune that tuner right at 8pm. Is it going by the timeline in the recording vs. the clock on back to back recordings or something? Usually what I'll see in that case is the first recording going long and the second one throwing a few errors until usually for me about 2 minutes into the second recording. On rare occasions it will just give up and try a different tuner. So a lot of the time since the first recording goes long I don't lose much, but that depends on when SageTV makes its next attempt to tune that tuner that threw an error. I'm using an HDHR Prime with SageDCT, oh and I also have the "always tune channel" setting on.

I get around this by setting the recording for a specific channel instead of any. Setting a specific channel (or multiples) seems to not cause thay error to be generated. (Using HDHR Prime with SageDCT)
