Search for Programs to Record Problem

Hi all. I am having problems trying to seach the guide for programs to record.

After entering the Search by Title menu I input the letters I'm searching for. On the right are the list of programs that match the search criteria. When I go to select the program an error pops up saying "Your search returned no results", even if it found and listed the program.

I does work now and then, say 1 out of 10 searches.

I've attached a jpg showing the error after I selected the show T.H.E.M. on the right. The same happens with most searches I try.

Anyone ever come across this?

When is T.H.E.M. in the schedule? This message will return when that title is not scheduled within the next two weeks.

Yeah, I've complained about this before. The problem is it searches the entire database, which can include a few days of old schedule data, but then only shows future airings, so you end up getting the no results message. I haven't tried it, but you might be able to create a favorite using "New by Title" in the Favorites Manager. Then it would record it the next time it's on.

Yea, it appears it is finding older guide info and when there is not yet a new occurrence of the show in the guide I get that error. Pretty irritating issue.
