HDMI splitter for 2 TVs from HD200?
Can anyone point me to a 1-to-2 HDMI splitter (prefer Amazon, monoprice, or Newegg) that will allow viewing from an HD200 with not just both TVs on, but often only one of them? Or is that completely dependent on the TVs themselves in terms of how they talk back through the splitter?
One TV is a yet-to-be-purchased bedroom TV (but will be a respectable brand) and the other is a cheap 13" Walmart special in the bathroom.

If I'm understanding you correctly, any 1to2 splitter will do this. The two outputs are capable of single or dual display at any given time in pretty much every splitter I've looked at over on Monoprice. I don't think I've ever seen an HDMI splitter which could only output if both TVs were in use. If you've seen one like that, I'd be curious to understand the manufacturer's logic and their expected usage case.

http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_i...seq=1&format=2 The only problem I had that 1 TV is 720P and the oother is 1080. So I had to set my hd300 to 720p. If I set it to 1080 the 720p TV got no signal. Setting it to 720p both worked.

Skirge, if you read reviews on monoprice there are always people complaining about these issues and even posts from the monoprice "experts" talking about handshaking and such, which make the whole thing very muddy. Obviously there are a lot of people out there who don't know what they are doing so you never know... but I know people here DO know what they are doing.
