Cablevision (Optimum Online) with Cable Card Tuners

Can anyone tell me what the current staus is regarding Cablevision's (Optimum Online) channels that are flagged as copy freely and which are marked as copy once? I currently have FIOS, which has everything marked copy freely except a few premiums like HBO, but they are getting so expensive. Cablevision keeps sending me great offers but I won't switch until most channels are marked copy freely (so I can record them in SageTV). If any Cablevision user (preferably in Central NJ) can provide insight in this I'd really appreciate it. Been googling around but any info I can find is years old and I'm hoping the situation with their channel flags has improved).

Thanks amg for the quick reply and the info. I'm in Monmouth County too (served by Opt Online out of Wall). Would you say the majority of the channels are copy freely or copy once? If you don't mind, I'm going to send you a PM with some other channels I'd like you to confirm for me so I can decide if it's worth making the switch. Thanks again.
