Audio / Video sync issues?

Ok, I'm hoping this is something that has been resolved a long time ago, but so far my searches have not helped me.

I have a very stable SageTV system, however every now and then I get issues where the audio gets out of sync from the video. (Watching on HD200). If I hit pause on the remote, the audio stops, but video continues for a while till it "catches up" with where the audio stopped.

Basically it seems somewhat random, but starting to think it specific channels / programs that encounter this issue. Same recording on my multiple HD200's behaves the same way, however looking at the .ts file on a PC plays just fine. Even tried to "convert" the shows to .mkv to see if that would fix the issue, but no luck.

Have a HDHomeRun Prime + SageDCT doing all my recordings. 90% of the shows / live TV is fine.

Anyone have any suggestions / recommendations? Have you seen this issue before?

I never had this happen previously, because I had all my extenders hard wired network cable back to a gigabit switch. At this time, I'm using an Ethernet over powerline solution and I get similar results to what you speak of, so at this time, I'm assuming this is a problem with data transfer through the network. I would start there.
