Windows Clients Stopped Playing Live TV

I have 3 different PC's with a client installed and all 3 have stopped playing live tv.

They connect to the server fine, play recordings and files off the server, but show nothing but a black screen when watching live tv.

also will not show the beginning of a currently recording program.

My HD200 has no issues.

Any thoughts ?

Java issues ?

Edit : placeshifter works for live tv, however since I cannot get it to play back hdpvr recordings without stuttering this is not an option.

Live tv will not play on the server as well

What kind of capture device are you using?

I have a similar problem with live tv on my HD300 and HD200 but not the PC clients. Live tv shows a black screen from HDPVR captures only. Never have been able to diagnose it. It started about two months ago and only affects extenders.

This would be Captures from HDPVR and mt haaupage dual tuner analog pci-e card that I cannot rem the model number atm

I have the exact same issue. My server has 3 tuners, (2 Digital OTA and 1 HDPVR connected to a DirecTV receiver set at 720p). Using the HD300 I have no issues watching live TV from either Digital tuners but if I try and watch live TV from the HDPVR all I get is a Black Screen. Further troubleshooting with my laptop and a Placeshifter client I did find one other thing. Using the laptop on the internal network while watching the HDPVR I only get about 2/3 of the top left part of the screen, Digital OTA tuner works fine. If I take that same laptop and try the same test remotely I get the entire picture. It has to be somewhere an issue with the resolution, 720p internally and 480i externally. I primarily use my SageTV client to watch programs internally so I am not sure how long this has been an issue. If the program is recorded and I go back and watch it with the HD300, it plays normally. Any help finding where I have gone wrong with a setting would be greatly appreciated.
