Imports not recognized as recordings

On my old XP server, imports that BMT found tv metadata for were automatically added to my Sage TV recordings view. Since moving to the new server, all imports just end up in video imports even though BMT is finding the metadata for the files. I'm sure there's a setting I'm missing, can someone show me the way?

In configure -> Phoenix -> Fanart/Metadata settings, there is Import TV Media Types as recordings. Out of the box, it's turned off.
