Video File Listing?
How does Sage determine where to list video files?
When I convert blu-rays to MKV, the videos will show up under video | Titles but I wan them to show up under Video | DVD like all my other unconverted Blu-rays do. Also when I take a TV recording and convert it and put it back in the same directory it won't show up with the other TV shows. It is in the same video | Titles directory. How can I make it show with all the other shows. I do have BMT installed if I need to use that . |

I use the metadata tools web interface to do that. From there you can tell it whether it's a sage recording (shows up with sage's recordings) or no -- shows up with external videos. You have to do it video-by-video.

Blu-ray's are similar (they have their own special file and folder format). Again, there are some programs that can remove the encryption, but leave the folder structure intact (MakeMKV gives you a choice of keeping the folder structure, or putting everything into a single *.MKV file). If you leave the folder structure intact, Sage recognizes it as a Blu-ray. Sage lumps everything else (basically anything that stores the whole movie as a single file: *.AVI, *.MKV, *.MP4, *.MPG, etc.) together as a "Video".
