Only renames S00E00 format not 000

I have files in a format like this:
101.-.Two.Guys.a.Girl.-.The.Pilot.[Buck]
is there a way for it to pick up those and rename them? or does it have to be in the format of S00E00?

I stayed away from season and episodes as a single number since it's ambiguious. ie, 101 could be season 10 expisode 1 or season 1 episode 01. Something like 2013 could be a year or it could be season 20 episode 13.

That being said, it does understand... 1.01 and 1x01 or S01E01, just not numbers without any season/episode delimiters.
