Hung SageTV Service Process

I never had this problem with 7.0.23, but with 7.1.9, after anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month of use, my SageTVService gets hung.

It's so bad that I cannot even end the process in the task manager and the ServiceControl can't stop it either. . . so bizarre.

The only plugins I have are PlayOn. . .that's it. I have had this problem for a while but it's not really been critical since I can just reboot the machine.

Although I have to actually hard reboot. . . I can't even reboot from start button (it just hangs b/c it can't shut down the service).

I don't have UAC on. . . and the service runs as my local user. . .

When I shut it down, I notice both SageTV client and Service usually are running close to 1GB of RAM I have my Java heap setting set to the max since I have 12 GB of ram. (I wish I could set it higher than ~1GB).

Any thoughts?

If I could answer your question I would. I notice this too. I think Its a memory leak problem or an hdpvr issue maybe. This is why I sometimes have my system setup to restart every night.
