MKV Playback Stops

I have an issue with some of my converted movies where playback will all of a sudden stop. I can stop and and hit play again and it will continue for a time but eventually stop again. These are DVD's I've converted with Handbrake to MKV.

I believe it happens mostly on my HD100. I believe it does also happen occasionally on my HD200. I have yet to determine the reason why but it's very frustrating trying to watch a movie in that room.

Are these older files? The older versions of Handbrake didn't make "good" MKVs. Most worked with most hardware/software, but could cause glitches. I'm planning on redoing my entire collection soon, because of it. Saying that, I've never had HD200s hiccup on them. My HD100 has been retired for YEARS (needs new caps, too lazy to install them).

No, these are all newer MKV's from the latest official Handbrake, 0.9.8. Nothing special about them. I believe I used the "High Profile" preset as the basis for the preset I created.
