Channel Lineup Lost from EPG Server
I have the system message "Warning Channel Lineup Lost from EPG Server. The lineup "Time Warner Cable Digital ... " no longer exists on the EPG Server. Updates to this lineup will no longer occur.
Has anyone else on Time Warner received this message? Is this a system-wide issue, or just me? What can be done to fix the problem?

Based on what Jeff (Narflex) has mentioned earlier in this thread, there are (2) EPG servers and there is an issue with (1) of them. So it's my understanding that we just need to sit tight until Jeff has had a moment to correct the issue with the offending server. It's the weekend, so perhaps it can be looked at this week.
In the event that Jeff isn't checking this forum, has anyone submitted an official support ticket just to simply bring the issue to their attention? |

I missed the first 30 minutes of the Colts-Ravens game. I checked the EPG and it says "NFL Football - Teams TBD". The Zap2it website says. "NFL Football
AFC Wild-Card Game: Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens". Why didn't the EPG update to pick-up the team names and record the favorite? |

Some of the channels seemed to be really slow updating their guide data with trinune, and sage only checks for changes once a day i think - so it didn't catch it most likely. I noticed that as of yesterday afternoon, only one of the 4 weekend games had the teams listed.

Unable to connect to server when configuring new video source
I've been posting in a separate thread about the EPG channel/show data coming and going the last day or more. This morning while experimenting with possible changes I could make, I removed a video source and then tried to re-add it. Unlike yesterday, now I get an error about not being able to connect to the sage servers to retrieve the EPG lineups. My internet connection is obviously up, I'm typing this after all, so it looks like there is a problem with the servers at your end.

FWIW, I too can not access the zip code server. Right now I'm sitting with no useable tuners.
Submitted a support ticket to notify that their isn't even access to the SageTV server now. -Suntan Last edited by Suntan; 01-06-2013 at 07:38 PM. |

I got the same message several days ago and now Sage continuously says "Next EPG Update In: 0.00hrs". Any comment from the Sage crew about this?

My Sage log looks like I'm getting some EPG data (I see large chunks of text with the different show names/numbers), but I'm also getting errors like these:

not to pile on... but i'm getting the same thing. Restored from an almost 2 week old image/wiz.bin and my guide data from the old wiz.bin just happens to run out this afternoon.... It looks like its attempting to connect every 2 min cycling through the various epg lineups i have configured.

I received the "channel lineup lost" message over the weekend, but I've currently got data through the 15th for the NY area, both digital/OTA broadcast and DirecTV.

I rebuilt my sage box over the weekend. I too (just to pile up the issues) cannot get a connection to the EPG server.
Any work-arounds just to get sage up and running (I can set up channels later)? |

Not sure if anyone else did, but I just sent a message to the Sage support email about this issue. Do they still monitor/respond to that one?

As noted previously, the EPG data isn't ending. There is obviously another glitch that needs to be repaired, so please just give us time to get it resolved. We'll let everyone know when whatever issue is causing this has been fixed.

For those of you with no EPG data at all, what are you doing right now?
Do you setup manual recordings, or is your Sage just DOA at the moment?
