sage obtained channel logos not working

All,

I'm trying to build a client box (were using hd300). The first real issue I have is that the sage obtained (via zapIt) channel logos don't seem to be coming to the client. They are working fine on the server machine and on the extenders. Is there something I need to do to turn them on in the client settings? I don't seem to see a setting anywhere.

update:

I have noticed the following lines below. I have no idea where it's trying to create the cached image. I set sageclient to run as administrator.

Ok, so for some reason the GeneratedThumbnails directory wasn't there, and I have no idea why Sage didn't have permissions to create the directory... I have a feeling that whatever this is, is causing my issue with loading the Phoenix STV and the client gets stuck on "initializing the User Interface"
