Can't record after channel changed

I'm running Sage TV 6.6 still. I'm using my antenna to pick up channels. Last week, my local CBS channel changed the channel they broadcast on and Sage did not record shows on that channel any more. That made sense. I subsequently rescanned the channels and while when I look at the preview for that channel in channel setup and can see it, my recordings for that channel still say No Signal. Even when I try to watch live TV, that channel still says no Signal. Even though as I said, in channel set up, when I look at the preview for that channel, the signal is at 100% and I can see what it is broadcasting just fine. I've stopped and restarted the service multiple times and have rebooted, all to no avail. How can I get this straightened out?

How many tuners you've got? Assuming you have DVB-S tuners did you update the .FRQ files for all the tuners? If you have multiple tuners, Sage decide which one to use by itself, so you could end up by manually testing the tuner that sage is not going to use...

I have three tuners. All the same brand/type. They're definitely for "OTA" signals. I don't remember for sure what type they are (I'm not near my HTPC currently) but they maybe those USB Cateye tuners.

Anyway, I don't know what a .FRQ file is, so I don't know that I updated any of them, but from what you said, it sounds like I need to go to each tuner and let the channel lineup be either updated or completely rescanned to fix this? I definitely only did the rescan for one tuner, thinking, wrongly perhaps, that the same channels/channel information would get used for all three of my tuners.

I sure appreciate the help on this. I've been running SageTV now for about 8 years and was wondering what would happen if I ever had a problem after Google bought them and the company went away.

I rescanned for new channels on all three tuners and all appears to be well now. Thanks. I need to remember that all tuners must be rescanned the next time this occurs. This isn't the first time this has happened.
