network import DIR

Hi there
I’m running out of HD space in my sagetv media server computer.
I’m wondering if there is a way to have a non-local import/DIR/Path for my movies?
Non-local as an \\MEDIASERVSER\F_Media\Film .Some other HD space on my home-network?
Regards
Hawkmoon

yes. you enter it just like that into the sage import folder locations. The only caveat is that you have to make sure windows allows the connection. For this, you have to have the sagetv service running as a real user (set up from the SageTVServiceControl.exe program), and not LocalSystem (which doesn't have network share access). You also will need to connect to the share in explorer at least one, with the same user the service is running as, so you can choose 'save password' for the share (or, alternativly, have a user with the same credentials - login/password - on the computer offering up the share).
