National Geographic EPG 3 Hours Off

Hi, all my EPG channels are working great except my National Geographic channel is 3 hours behind, so something that says its on at 5pm is actually on at 2pm, is there a way to move the guide 3 hours forward for this channel ?

Thanks

Sounds like your provider is using the wrong feed (East coast vs. West coast). You should be able to find the proper channel on the zap2it web site, and manually add that channel to your guide.

This is from memory, so sorry if it isn't entirely correct. You need the channel id. If you click on the channel you need, the id should be in the URL. Once you have that number, you need to add the channel using the id from the lineup options in sage.

strange, it all already matches to sagetv ID#24959 Channel #127, is there a plugin for sage to help adjust the EPG lineup ?

Does it show the correct data on zap2it?

the zap2it.com is exactly the same as on my sagetv guide, the numbers and the listing but my cable provider is 3 hours behind.

right, then that is NOT the channel that your provider is feeding you. You need to find the other natgeo feed, that DOES match what's actually on TV. You may have to select different providers on zap2it to find the right one. Once you do, that is the channel you want to add.

Once you find out what feed your provider has, you should open a support ticket so sage can have zap2it fix it in your local lineup.

just a follow up on this, I emailed zap2it and they promptly responded and said they will look into it for me, and just tonight I saw the information icon on top of sage and it said new channel lineup 127 NGCP (pacific), very cool ! !

Thank you for your help with this !
