File Size Limit?
I added a file to my "Charlie Rose - Keepers" directory and it does not come up on SageTV's list - either under Videos | Titles or Videos | Folders.
I don't think it's anything with the file name bc another file with almost exactly the same name is showing up. It's been a couple of days and I've done the Setup | Scan Imported Media thing a few times too. The two files are:
I even made a copy of the first file and it showed up. (CharlieRose-Alan Simpson and Earskin Bowls1.copy.mpg) The the only diff I can see is size/rez The one that shows is 1,931,152kb at 480 and the one that does not show is ludicrously large at 5,965,455kb at 1920. They both play fine with VLC Media Player. Could there be a maximum size limitation in Sage?

Must be something else, then.
FWIW, I transcoded it to DVD and then transcoded back to .mpg and it works.

What is the length reported by sage for the file that does show up? I'm guessing sage is combining the files into a single entry, due to the naming. this is how sage does multi-part recordings (due to either filesystem size limits, or a break in recording). Might try renaming them to
CharlieRose-Alan Simpson and Earskin Bowls (1 of 2).mpg CharlieRose-Alan Simpson and Earskin Bowls (2 of 2).mpg that way the last bit of the file isn't a sequential number.
