Sage clock wrong

I have "sync system clock with Sage server" enabled, but as of the time change overnight last night, my Sage server is one hour ahead of my local time. Clock in the bottom right says 2:15, Sage UI says 3:15, and I'm looking right at the word "enabled". Help?

Ok, on edit: My server (running Win XP Pro) is having an odd issue with the clock updating. I'm in the US Eastern Time Zone, where it's currently (as I type) 2:30 pm. But when I do the auto-sync, it changes my server clock to an hour earlier; 1:30. And Sage switches to remain one hour ahead of the server clock. What the???

I've never had a clock issue before and been through many time changes with Sage. I've never had the server NOT automatically be correct and I've never seen Sage show anything other than what's showing in the bottom right corner on the server clock.

But all of a sudden, the server clock is an hour behind the correct time and Sage is an hour ahead of the server.

For now, obviously, I will leave the Sage server clock one hour behind so that Sage is correct... but anyone have any ideas?

If you're running XP you need to make sure you applied all the DST patches. Even if you have all the service packs those patches are necessary. Same applies to java, depending on what version you're running. Just search this forum for all the previous issues and fixes.

Search this forum for "issues and fixes" within Sage, or in Windows? I can't tell where you are talking about Windows, where you are talking about java, where you are talking about Sage. Can you point me to a discussion or two?

BTW, the problem was occurring when I was in java release 30, so I shut everything down and upgraded to 31 yesterday, but that didn't change anything. And everything seems to be running flawlessly other than the Sage clock being 1 hour ahead of the server clock.

Next time I get a few clear hours I will try downloading all the updates and patches from Windows.

If it's a windows issue look here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979306

If it's a Java issue-use tzupdater
tzupdater

The Windows update did it (I figured that java wouldn't be it since I'd installed the latest yesterday).

The server clock is correct and Sage has the same time as the server. Thanks, Gerry!
