Can we change Episode numbers and descriptions?
I have recorded a series, which has five seasons with several episodes per season, as per normal.
The channel that aired the series (it's from a few years back, and is being repeated), aired several episodes with incorrect episode numbers and descriptions (they mixed up four or five episodes). The station actually aired ALL the episodes, but supplied incorrect TV Guide data for a few of them, which is now burned into the recorded info displayed by SageTV. Can we change that data somehow so that the correct episode number and description is displayed? Is there an "app" for that? thanks

The web UI plugin can do it. Click an episode to load its details, at the bottom click "Edit Show Info", then edit away.

I second Gerry's recommendation of CMT. BMT is another option if you prefer working from your web browser and you can figure out which ep is which without having to resort to playing back the file.
You could also just change the Ep numbers in BMT and then have it redownload all of the other metadata such as the description.

Luckily it won't be too much data entry.
