aTV Flash (Black) - anybody?
I just found a link to this:
http://www.mupromo.com/deal/1689/7024/atv-flash-(black) in my mailbox. It's an 'upgrade' for the 2nd gen Apple TV that allows playback of many otherwise unsupported media formats. Has anybody tried this with Sage recorded HD content? Any opinions? Last edited by flavius; 11-18-2011 at 12:33 AM.

I haven't tried this software but I have tried xbmc on the ATV2 and it doesn't have the hardware acceleration needed to play back 720p or 1080i mpeg2 recordings from my HDHomerun. I think the ATV-Flash Black has the same playback limitation.
