Control IR blaster remotely?
Which third-party software can control an IR blaster remotely (through network)?
Based on my limited search, it seems that LM remote keymap (the donator version) can do this. Is there any alternative solution? Thanks.

You can probably do that with GhostEvent, Girder, most home automation software and so on...

I have a MCE type receiver.
From Eventghost official "features" : Microsoft MCE Remote (receiving only, transmitting IR will be supported in the future) So I guess Eventghost is out. I am still looking at Girder, which seems to be very complicated. If anyone has actually controlled an IR receiver/blaster through network (i.e. IR receiver/blaster connected to PC A; software is installed on PC A and PC B; IR blaster can be controlled from PC B), please share your solution. Thanks.
