Installed Phoenix - now what?
Sorry, this will sound really stupid - but I've installed Phoenix without any errors, and nothing seems to happen? I.e., I can't see any UI changes whatsoever?
So I guess I'm I am doing something completely wrong... Thanks in advance for any help! Cheers, teq |

After the install you have to 'switch' to phoenix - In Detailed Settings->Advanced look for "Set Full UI Package" and change that one to 'Phoenix.xml'
btl.
