I actually have both. Originally used SA but switched over to Comskip a few weeks ago. made some changes to my ini file and it looks tobe working.

My suggestion would be to manually run SA to see what happens... mine works perfectly.

I am just using the plugins as currently available in the repository. I didn't have an existing version installed. The donate version is not required for the Ceton, not of the recordings are H.264 (you'd only need that for the HD PVR).

I have the HDHomerun Prime and it just worked. I have not had any problems with that.
