Flakey comskip and weather background behaviors

I am having weird behaviors with Phoenix that I don't know where to begin tracking down the causes:

1. Auto comskip has begun intermittently NOT skipping commercials. The commercials are marked correctly, but I have to manually use the remote to advance past them. Some shows are working correctly I have toggled auto comskip in Phoenix settings several times, but it is not consistent.

2. I have weather backgrounds selected. However, they come and go at random. I'll turn the TV on one time, and they are working, but the next time they are gone. I have two HD200s and one 100. Sometimes the background will be working on one of them but not another.

I'm updated to all current releases. Any advice on where to start tracking this down would be appreciated.

I have noticed both issues as well. I am using three HD 300 extenders. That written, I am loving Phoenix.

I fixed the weather background recently. I'm not sure about the auto-comskip.

bialio-Do you mean the fix is posted or it is coming in a future release?

Also, is automatic comskip set in any place other than the global config-phoenix settings-Video OSD Options?

future release, there isn't any other spot for auto-comskip.

If you can find a way to reproduce the auto-comskip issue that will help - like after I do <this> it always fails to skip automatically.

I MAY have noted a pattern--it might be that when I play back a show that is currently recording that the auto-comskip isn't triggering. I turn on the news in the mornings and typically start it 20 to 30 minutes later than the actual start time. Commercials are marked, and I can successfully advance via a right arrow push after the commercials start, but no automatic advance.

I just tested an episode that didn't advance yesterday while it was recording, and it is advancing today. I'll keep looking for other examples.
