Client & Server Upgrade - v6 to v7

I initially looked into upgrading my v6 systems to v7, but held off because my system is so stable and waiting for an opportune time. It's been quite some time since I saw a posting for this subject, but now I can't seem to find it. There was mention that either a v6 client will work with a v7 Server or vice-versa, but that one will not work with the other the other way around. Of course, my dilemma is just that... which MUST I tackle first if they both can't be accomplished in the same time frame? Other issues are forcing my client rebuild but it can wait if the server needs to be first. Of course if the Client can be first, that's just dandy too.

PC Client and server needs to be at the same version level. I believe it is Placeshifter that doesn't really matter.

Upgrade Woes

Oh, that's not so good. The Client is a system rebuild as I want to run Win7 for some of the advantages(DXVA, etc). A few other things reside on that client so it's a bit more involved. The Server however is just fine with a software update and all that entails... but would be nice to pick the battles. My H200 should be taken care of in the server upgrade, so it's no issue. Well, thanks for the heads-up, before I got knee deep in fail.
