Batch Rename Files
Once you have gone through a large media collection and (though most of the movie lookups work prefectly), matched the media to the correct information and fanart manually. Is there a way to have BMT rename all of your files to make sure the the next time you have to re-import your library, you will have almost all match up perfectly?

I don't think that BMT has a file rename feature but you could look into http://www.therenamer.com/ which does a pretty good job.
