how to repeat Sage Install

I installed Sage-7 on a new computer and missed the part where I need to select the remote control. Do I have to re-install the entire thing to get that choice for remote selection?

Just delete the tuner or capture card and set it up again.

I must not have understood properly. I went to Source Setup and removed one of them (I have two). Adding it back in did not give me a choice to pick the remote. Perhaps I need to remove both of them? But then I would lose all my channels.

The remote control you're talking about is the one you use to control the UI, correct? Not the one Sage uses to control your STB. STB control is configured in tuner setup. UI control is in Detailed Setup > Commands.

Yes, it is the UI control. Under detailed setup I have the proper remote selected, but I seem to remember from previous installs that you have to click on an option in order for the remote to be active in the Hauppage driver.

If you re-run the installer and choose Modify, it should give you the option to install those components.

I tried that and even re-installed. While re-installing I noticed that feature is the default.

As I mentioned in the beginning of this thread, I had moved Sage to another computer. That also entailed installing my two Hauppage 250 units. I downloaded their latest software and installed the drivers and even the WinTV program. But still no luck. My Hauppage 34 button remote does not work. There has to be something that needs setting or be installed. I ran out of ideas.
