Alphabet selection bar like in diamond?

Is there a way to bring up a selection bar like what comes up with diamond when I press the right arrow, the bar shows at the bottom of the screen so I can pick the first letter of the movie? Also how do I get the view that is shown in screenshot#3 in the plugin install option screen?

Yes look at the universal settings.

As for the view sorry can't see what view that is at the moment.

In some diamond views, you may need to hit down arrow because the right arrow will continue to scroll movies.
