Some Movies Showing Small on my big tv

Hey,

Whats up with some of my movies (video folder) playing real small, ie. not filling up the tv screen?

is there a setting i need to check/change?

Could be a letterbox movie on a SD channel... Tried playing with the aspect ratio?

found that...it was set to 'source', so i changed it to fill...will that stay for all videos, or will i have to change that for every one of them.
