Multiple sources and slowed down guide and server
I was wondering how many different sources people are currently using and if they notice any problems. Right now I have an avermedia dual clear qam tuner, 2 HD PVR's and then a ceton card and just added a silicon dust HDHomeRun dual. So I noticed after adding the HDHR everything slowed WAY down. I have two different providers: Comcast and DirecTV. I was wondering if anyone noticed this type of spinning wheel of death? I am hoping to add some colossus and dump either the avermedia or HDHR not sure which but things are noticeably slower..
Thanks! Neil |

FWIW, I have no where near the sources either of you two have, but I do have three providers each on their own source: FiOS STB via Hauppauge Colossus, FiOS Clear QAM via HDHR (tuner 0), and Local OTA via HDHR (tuner 1). No issues at all.
