Cover art won't show for one movie only.
When running the stock Sage V7 skin, all my box covers and backgrounds worked fine for all my movies but when switching to Diamond, they all work except for Monsters vs. Aliens. This is the case on the client as well as the server. I populated all the info originally using BMT.
Any ideas what might be causing this? I did some snooping around in the directory of my SageTV Client and found that Diamond had not created any poster for Monsters vs Aliens in the C:\Program Files (x86)\SageTV\SageTV\cache\DiamondImages\Movies\posters directory. It did create the background and background thumbnail files correctly though. Thanks! Chad

Is the file named "Monsters Vs Aliens" or "Monsters Vs. Aliens"? Only difference is the "." after the "Vs".
My rip is stored/named "K:\Movie Library 1\Monsters Vs Aliens\Monsters Vs Aliens.mkv" and I have no problems with my poster showing in Diamond. Jeremy |

Have you tried deleting the cache for this one item?
see the Wiki here... under Single TV/Recording/Movie Fanart delete k |

Unfortunately, my Monsters vs. Aliens problem still exists. I do have the period in the name but the directory structure does not use the period in it where the movie itself is stored. (S:\MyMovies\MONSTERS_VS_ALIENS\BDMV) All the movie posters show up fine under the stock SageTV UI using the Phoenix fanart plugin. UPDATE: I just looked into the ../cache/DiamonImages/Movies/* subdirectories again and the image for MvA is only in the backgrounds folder, there is nothing in the backgroundthumbs or posters directories. UPDATE 2: I renamed the directory to S:\MyMovies\MVA\BDMV but it didn't do anything to help. The only place it shows as "Monsters vs. Aliens" is what BMT assigns in the metadata for the Fanart Title and Movie Title entries. UPDATE 3: I have removed the movie and all fanart. Refreshed sagetv/BMT. Then added the movie back but go the metadata from another source that assigned the name as "Monsters vs Aliens" (no period) to see if that would fix the problem but no luck.

I have tried everything I could think of but I still can't get the poster for Monsters vs. Aliens to show up in Diamond. It works fine in the stock SageTV UI.
Are there log files to check or some file to check to see why the poster and backgroundthumb files are not being created? Can I force Diamond to use the poster via some config or xml file? Thanks! Chad

Here is a screen shot of my Monsters Vs Aliens in BMT compare it to yours and see if anything jumps out.

I erased the Monsters vs Aliens directory out of the fanart folder and had BMT force rediscovery of media. I also changed the name of the directory where the movie resides from ../MVA/BDMV to ../Monsters vs Aliens/BDMV to match the exact same file naming convention used in the fanart directory. Diamond generated a background and backgrounthumb file but still no poster. The link below will show a screenshot of my metadata screen from BMT. http://img818.imageshack.us/img818/8008/capturelvz.jpg Thanks! Chad
