Sage key(s) rejected
I just tried upgrading from a v4.x server to v.6.6 using a newly-purchased (v7) upgrade key and the thing tells me the key entered "does not appear to be valid". I don't want to install version 7. Is there a way to get the system to get a brand-new v7 key with version 6.6?

You'll have to contact Sales and ask them to issue you a V6-compatible key.
That said, if there's something about V7 that doesn't agree with you, now's the time to get them to fix it, while V7.1 is still in beta. If it's just the UI, be aware that you can still use the V6 UI with V7.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have a another system that's already running v6.6 and I'd like to be able to access it in addition to this (and another) server. I'll try v7.0 with the 6.x interface (about which I'm also not thrilled) if only to perform my captures for tomorrow ...
