Use BMT to set category?

Can I configure BMT automatically to set the category for files in a directory?
I have a directory with trailers for which I would like BMT to set the category only.

I thought that I can use MediaTitles.xml for this. Can something like this work?

<match>
<regex>[\\/]Trailers[\\/].*</regex>
<category>Trailers</category>
</match>

Thanks

Currently that's not supported. But you can use the Batch editor in the web UI to set the Category for all the files as once (it's manual process, but you unlike before, you don't have to do it for each file)

I probably wouldn't use the media titles in that way, just because the media titles is used to help the search engine find data. It doesn't actually set any metadata fields on the file, but rather it sets fields in the search query.

Is Genre (in the Batch edit or Raw Metadata in BMT) the same as Category in the Sage UI?

My understanding, is that is the case.
