Favorite by category
Is there a way to tell Sage not to record a specific show when you have a favorite by category? It keeps recording the X-Files
Do I really have to go thru the schedule and set every occurrence 'watched' and 'don't care'? |

I believe it will pick up any show in that category. Unless someone else has a better idea, I would view the Additional Airings for that show and mark them as Don't Like instead of Watched.

It'd be nice if Sage had something beyond "Don't Like", perhaps a "Hate List" or something. Then you could specify categories, channels, and shows to NEVER record with IR.
Or maybe a separate IR "favorites" list that only contains categories and channels. |

Even a favourite with a flag of "never record" -- that way, you could have the broad favourite selecting a large group,
and then the more specific favorite (perhaps by title) that specified never record (and therefore selecting out the shows you didnt want).. a kludgey way to do it, but very easy to do development wise I think.......... Cory |

Hey, that might work... A list of "Despised Programs" to go with the list of "Favorite Programs"
