channel mapping strangeness
I went from the 7.0.x retail install to 7.1.5.
I have an HD PVR and a Colussus, each on their own separate (but identical) lineups. I have been having over the last month some issues with the FOX HD channel here, so I finally decided to disable it and enable the digital version (there are 3 versions of FOX on the lineup: HD, digital, analog). For some reason now, in the channel mappings the HD (disabled) physically points to the digital (enabled), and the digital physically points to the HD. So last night I changed it in both lineups. Today, it's back again. So I fixed it yet again. Also, I removed the FOX channel setting on a favorite, and according to the recording schedule it is sked for the digital channel.

Ok, to prove I'm not crazy (and prove to myself), here are screenshots. Before attempting any changes, I went through all my Favorites and removed any channel entries. So all Favorites record on any channel.
The same behavior happens whether I am on the HD PVR lineup or the Colossus lineup.. which are separate (but identical) lineups. Note the time in the upper right corner of the screenshots: Compare screenshot 1 with 4, and you see that in 2 minutes it is back to its nonsense. And I can go back and forth like this without end.

Do you somehow have that same channel/station listed twice in the lineup? Unless you've made other edits between those screenshots, you've got the exact same channel under different channel numbers. Since this is a copied, not original, lineup, use Delete on the remap screen to reset & remove the channel (as the screen shot says to do). If you have problems with just one remaining, then remove it too & then add & remap it so you have just one copy of the channel on the lineup. Or, just clear all remappings for the entire lineup & redo the lineup for that tuner.

That's why I said to start by removing only the channel you are having a problem with. Since it was a copied lineup, after clearing all remaps there will be no channels remaining & you will have copy it again just like when you first set it up.
Or: is there a reason it was a copied lineup in the first place instead of just selecting a lineup? Is the lineup it would normally use already in use by another tuner that tunes the same list of channels? if so, just use that lineup instead of copying it. If the lineup is in use by a tuner that receives different channels, then you have to decide which tuner ought to use the original & which ought to use the copy. Or, see if one can use a different lineup that still contains all the channels the tuner receives. - Andy

I guess I don't fully understand re-mapping. I have never had to remap channels the entire time I've had the HD PVR.
It made logical sense to me that since the Colossus is getting the exact same lineup, that I should just copy over the existing HD PVR lineup, the benefit being that the lineup would be the same and the same channels would already be enabled. Oh well, I just went through my HD PVR lineup, wrote down all the channels enabled, and am starting from scratch on the Colussus with a fresh EPG download.

Unless you want to enable a tuner selection within Favorites?
