Can't remove Count/WatchedFormat on one extender.

Maybe I missed something but I have two HD-300's on two different TV's. On one of the extenders, I can hit Enter on the remote on the Count/WatchedFormat setting and set it to Blank. However, on my other extender, when I hit Count/WatchedFormat nothing happens. It just stays set on (rrr/www) and I can't select anything else.

Is there a setting somewhere that I missed that isn't allowing me to change that to blank?

That extender must have an old version of that property saved, you'll need to clear the diamond properties (see wiki) and then it should start working.

Home->Setting->Detailed Setup->Diamond Fanart->Delete All Cached Fanart right?

I did that and restarted the extender and it still won't allow me to change the setting. When I hit enter on the remote, the blue light on the extender flashes but nothing happens on screen.

FYI, running Sage 7.1.2.249 and the Diamond 3.10.
