SAP turned on by itself. How to turn off?

I can not find a way to change the SAP setting. One suggestion I saw about missing voices on CSI Miami said to go to Options while the show is playing. How do I do that? Options does not show up on the OSD that has the play, pause, stop, etc buttons. I tried bringing up the recordings OSD while the program played, but there is not an audio setting listed under Options.

I recently upgraded to Sage 7 and I am using the Malore screens. Everything else seems to work fine.

Any suggestions?

I found that hitting ESC on my keyboard brought up the Options menu. Choosing a different audio language took care of the problem. This also took care of several shows such as some Law & Order Criminal Intent that did not have any sound. I switched to the Spanish channel and got English. Sheesh.

There still remains a bit of an issue. I can select an alternate channel, but it is only good while the program plays. Stop the video and restart it, the audio reverts to the bad channel. Any way to have the channel stay put for the file?
