Encoded by data

This has been puzzling me and so I've spent hours today trying to figure it out - please excuse me for incorrect use of terminology.

In View Recorded Detail for a TV show (either in Sage or in Webserver Sage Recordings), the information Encoded by appears between ShowID and Files or File Format. If I move the recording to another directory, the entry is still there and most of the information is still there but Encoded by has vanished.

I think the metadata tag (?) is GetMediaFileEncoding(Airing) and it's as if that is not being passed when the file is moved - is there something I can do to retain this information as I like clearing out my recording directory and organizing the shows in folders but when there is a bad recording, I do like seeing which tuner was used.

I'm using Sage v7.0.17.240 but this has been a problem for me since version 6 - thanks in advance if anyone can help!
