HD-PVR Problems & "Uninstalled" Drivers/Apps
Well, I have no idea if this will help, but I have frequently had intermittent HD-PVR errors, and actually posted essentially this to another person in here.
I started noticing errors in my system log. My system was trying to start drivers and .exe's for an uninstalled Dvico fusion tuner and for WinTV. I had to go into the registstry and pull out references to them, since the uninstaller supposedly got rid of them months ago.
Knock on wood, not a single Sage HD-PVR crash in over a week.
No clue if those things were messing with Sage, if Sage was trying to start a driver/tuner that no longer existed, even in the "available tuners" or what.
I also deleted all references to the Dvico Fusion tuner in my properties file.
Maybe this will help someone else, since the HD-PVR seems to be a weaker link in a lot of people's Sage setups.
