Win7 slow client with standard user
So I did a new install yesterday of SageTV 7 Client on a Win7 Pro notebook.
I did the install logged in as the administrator. Ending up changing to UNC paths when I found comskip wasn't working. But eventually everything is working ok. If I logoff the administrator account and log in with a regular user account I notice a few problems. 1. Most menu activity slows down greatly. I get the spinning circle for 10-20 seconds. 2. Comskip is no longer showing the commercial breaks. I can logoff/login back and forth between a admin account and regular user account to reproduce this. Was there a Win7 setting that I missed somewhere? On the server I've got UAC disabled. On this notebook, which my daughter will use, I want to keep UAC turned on and have her login with a standard user account.

Well it's not not a Win7 Administrator - Standard User issue.
I took the Standard User account and changed it to an Administrator account. Playback under that account has the two issues I mentioned whether it is set to Standard User or Administrator. Does SageTV Client play well with multi-user? Does it have to be run under the account that it was installed with? Anyone out there using Client installed on a PC that has multiple users setup on it and each user can use Client with no problems?

Sure-I have multiple users on a PC that run SageTV client with no issue. These same IDs also exist on the SageTv server with the correct permissions to the shares.
