White screen for Nickelodeon

I've got an HVR-1600 capture card and I'm running Sage version 7.0.23.246 on a Windows 7 computer. All my channels are working except Nickelodeon (very important for the kids). I only get a white screen. I hooked a TV up and have no problems watching this channel. Any thoughts.

Thanks,
Jeff

Analog (channel 33). It's cable with no cable box.

Sounds like your Cable Company is starting to move some analog channels into digital. The new digital versions are most likely encrypted and won't show up in a QAM channel scan, but its worth a shot to see if anything new pops up.

But why then would I be able to watch that channel when the coax is plugged directly to a TV?
