Sage remembering OLD location for TV files
I had a HDD go bad but before it did I copied all the media off onto another drive in another PC and then told Sage the new paths for all the recordings and import directories. I installed the new HDD today back in the Sage server and then copied all the media back onto this new drive but also left a copy on the original UNC path just in case the copy had problems... you never know.
Next I told Sage via the setup menu all the recording and import directories are back on the internal drive (F:\) I then went and changed the IMDB Fanart location and within the BMT web page told the Phoenix system where the Fanart folder was (back on F:\) For whatever reason, all the TV (import) shows display both the local (F:\) and the UNC-referenced media. Example: I go to TV\Recordings and I see American Idol. I expand the American Idol group and I see episode 4 two times and episode 5 two times. If I select the info for each file I see two are on F: and two are on the UNC path. All music, pictures, and movies are displayed correctly - all media is sourced to the F: Just the TV shows are both UNC and F: One thing of note: When I import the TV shows I tell BMT to import them as Sage recordings. That is probably what's going on but I can't find any proof as to that being the issue. Any ideas? Thanks! AWS I can't find where it's referencing the UNC path still.

Specifics
SageTV: 7.0.23.246
Java: 1.6.0_22 Windows 7 I wanted to change my recording directories again but this time to all UNC paths so I change F:\ to \\HTPC\F and now I'm seeing three of all import TV shows. Sage isn't "forgetting" the previous setting for some reason.

I think if you were to manually move all of the files out of the recording folder, then re-scan import paths in Sage, then move the files back into the recording folder and re-scan again it should sort it out (based on what I've read elsewhere on the forum).
I'd suggest taking a backup of wiz.bin prior to trying this though, just in case.... I would also suggest changing all of your import paths to be UNC folders, for instance I use folders such as: \\server\recordings \\server\movies \\server\tv series etc. that way if you ever have to change the underlying folder to be on a different drive either because of failures or upgrades, you won't have to make any changes in Sage because as far as it's concerned the files are still in the same place.

Placeholders still there
So I stopped all Sage services and made a temp new folder then moved all import directories into the temp folder folder. Restarted Sage. Now in Sage under "Videos by Folder" I see all the titles of my DVDs and import files and some of them either have the generic image of a DVD or nothing at all.
So now how would I delete the ripped DVDs placeholders? There is no delete function in the menu for ripped DVDs or BluRay, just for imported videos. I have manually told Sage to rescan the library but the placeholder folders with titles still are hanging around.
