Sage Not Remembering Channels Freq on change

Hello,
I have had DVB-T setup working fine for SageTV on 1 computer.
I recently installed it on another, setup sage, and configured the frequency file to the correct frequencys etc.
When I fire up Sagetv and select "watch live TV", the last channel viewed (default ch:1) will play fine, but if I select a different channel, no signal is found. If I flick back to the previous channel that was working, no signal is found. All channels are tuned fine beacuse if I reload sage it will play the last viewed channel, the problem is when I flick between channels.

I am using the Nova-T pci, WinTV2000 is working fine with this card.
I have attached my properties and frq files
Any help fixing this would be great.

Many Thanks!
